Replacing Meat One Day a Week Can Be Delicious and Good for the Body too

Heal the planet and heal your body. Many grocery store chains are introducing delicious meat substitutes.  And, giving up meat and dairy just one day a week can reverse climate change. Replacing meat and dairy has also shown for tremendous benefits in reducing body fat and body pains by lowering inflammation.

Replacing Driving One Day a Week Can Be Good for the Body and Budget too

Heal the planet and heal your body. By not driving one day a week of our choosing, we can lower emissions, fuel consumption and much lower prices at the pump and heating oil, too. Plus, if you plan ahead, walks or biking can be of great benefit to daily and weekly exercise intentions. 

Community Action Begins in Your Community! Help Spread the Word

If you are inspired, please help us spread the word in your communities! This could include asking your local government to pass a resolution asking citizens to resolve to replace meat and driving one day a week. It could also be communicated to church, school, civic and other organizations to get members to join the movement to heal our planet!

Media Outreach to include One Day a Week solutions in every climate change news story

The media are doing many stories every day on climate change, cover the horrendous impacts from natural disasters only growing worse and ringing the alarm bell from climate experts that we have to do much more. Yet, these news organizations are inconsistent in providing the one day a week solution as the only viable one.  Our primary efforts will be to impact the media to impact client change.
